Very noisy, doors slamming all times at night, and very unsuitable for disabled patrons

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING IN EVERY WAY - RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE THE ACCOMMODATION WAS SUB STANDARD IN EVERY WAY I THOUGHT THE SHOWER WOULD CAVE IN - I AM ONLY 53KGS ! WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF A FAT PERSON WAS IN THE SHOWER? THE QUALITY WAS UTTERLY DREADFUL. LIGHTING ATROCIOUS - FOR THIS PRICE $250 I COULD STAY IN A FIRST CLASS HOTEL IN CENTRAL SYDNEY - I WANT A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD AND WILL BE CONTACTING MANAGEMENT REGARDING THIS. THE LOCATION WAS SO FAR FROM WHERE I WAS INFORMED IT WAS.

Hotel was incredibly basic for the Price charged. No television in the room. Bathroom was very basic and fixtures were falling apart. Carpet felt dirty Staff were all very friendly and unhelpful bed was comfortable. Need new power outlets. Curtains didn’t fully block out the light and felt cheap. Location was very convenient in international transit zone. Overall and okay stay but way overpriced, should be half the price.

This was a really pleasant place to stay. I did find it a bit difficult to find. The room was clean and had all you needed for a brief stay. The prices reflect the location. There was some complementary food which was an added extra. I would stay again depending on the length of the stopover.

I have already given my comments to the hotel. In summary, it was hard to find, VERY NOISY (from both hallway and through windows adjoining airport terminal), the chain lock on my door didn't work (so I didn't feel safe), the front desk staff spoke little English when I checked in and gave me incorrect info and the room was FREEZING and no way to adjust temp. In short, I didn't sleep well if at all. I didn't go to the front desk because I was told when I checked-in, nobody would be there (poor English?). And, I booked for 12 hours, paid for 12 hours but only stayed 6. Seems like a refund for this is in order. I love the concept of staying IN the hotel for 6-12 hours, but not sure I would do it again.

Awesome hotel right close to the Don Muaeng Airport. We had a short stay during our business trip to Bangkok, but all was perfect: professional service, spacious and clean rooms, great location, delicious food...

This luxurious 4 stars hotel near to the the airport is perfect for short business and events stays. I stayed there together with some work colleagues and we were all more than satisfied.
